Before proceeding
You only need to complete this registration IF:
- you are unable to access the myDigitalOffice Support Portal with your myDigitalOffice credentials.
- you do not have myDigitalOffice credentials and need to submit a support ticket.
Register for an account
- Open the MDO Support Portal.
- If the following appears, enter your email address and select Next.
- Check your email address was entered correctly, then select Sign up with password.
- A notice that an email has been sent will appear.
- Check your inbox for the sign-up verification email. Select the Sign up link.
- Enter your Full name.
- Enter a password then select Sign up.
- You will be redirected to the Support Portal where you can submit support tickets.
Log in with an MDO Support Portal account
- Open the MDO Support Portal and enter your email address used to register for the support portal.
- Enter your support portal password once prompted then select Continue.
- You will be directed to the Support Portal.
Reset your password
- Open the MDO Support Portal and enter your email address used to register for the support portal.
- Select Forgot password?.
- You will receive an email to reset your password.
