Access the myDigitalOffice Support Portal

Before proceeding

You only need to complete this registration IF:

  • you are unable to access the myDigitalOffice Support Portal with your myDigitalOffice credentials.
  • you do not have myDigitalOffice credentials and need to submit a support ticket.
 

 

Register for an account

  1. Open the MDO Support Portal.
  2. If the following appears, enter your email address and select Next.

     
  3. Check your email address was entered correctly, then select Sign up with password.

     
  4. A notice that an email has been sent will appear.

     
  5. Check your inbox for the sign-up verification email. Select the Sign up link.

     
  6. Enter your Full name.
  7. Enter a password then select Sign up.

     
  8. You will be redirected to the Support Portal where you can submit support tickets.
 
 

Log in with an MDO Support Portal account

  1. Open the MDO Support Portal and enter your email address used to register for the support portal.

     
  2. Enter your support portal password once prompted then select Continue.

     
  3. You will be directed to the Support Portal.
 
 

Reset your password

  1. Open the MDO Support Portal and enter your email address used to register for the support portal.

     
  2. Select Forgot password?.

     
  3. You will receive an email to reset your password.
